Double Wall Layering: The facade utilizes a complex double wall layering system that integrates functional beveled portals within a primary vertical skin.

Sloped Geometric Planes: The design is characterized by sloped, recessed “shadow boxes” that create dramatic angular shadows and provide natural shading to the large-format window openings.

Volumetric Subtraction: These beveled portals give the G+3 structure a sculptural quality, breaking the flat verticality of the apartment complex with varying depths and angles.

Material Palette: The structure utilizes a mix of light-oak vertical grooves in texture and matte charcoal paint to provide an organic yet industrial contrast.
