Yasser Hussain is the Founder & CEO of Spacious Homes Construction LLP, a Bangalore-based turnkey construction company specialising in residential construction, architectural planning, home interiors and home renovation.

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Yasser has led the execution of more than 100 residential projects across Bangalore, with over 5,00,000+ sq. ft. of constructed area delivered.

His expertise in civil engineering, project management, construction planning and execution is backed by strong leadership, problem-solving and customer-focused execution. His values and goals are aligned with creating social and environmental impact through his work.

Under his leadership, Spacious Homes has become known for building modern apartments, traditional homes and premium villas, along with thoughtfully designed and fully furnished interiors focused on practicality, comfort and quality execution.

Yasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and works closely on project planning, construction coordination and overall execution to ensure every home is built with clarity, usability and long-term value in mind.

His mission is to provide spacious, comfortable and sustainable living spaces for people from all walks of life.
