The compact nature of the plot was a challenge as requirements were many.
For the duplex a massive skylight lighting up the dining room which it wraps worked, and the living room was provided with a lighting pocket a small balcony which received light through a shaft like arrangement which was available as per site condition.
The facade is a simple arrangement of lintels in a fashion depicting dynamism as the plot surroundings demanded.
