Project Urooj
The duplex designed around the idea of keeping the house visually connected. Toughened and laminated glass helped achieve the result together with the mezzanine level between two levels of the duplex.
The facade was a challenging one, with just one window on each floor given the site orientation, planning of the interior layout which left us with a blank wall on the front. Also the dead end the site sits at was tricky. Which meant a cry for dynamism in design which was achieved by the stone inserts in block masonry. Customised to suit our requirement.
